3-Ingredient Creamsicle Breakfast Smoothie
25 grams protein, 7 grams fat, 4 grams carbohydrates, 3000 mg DHA, 400 mg MCTs
1 scoop vanilla or cake batter flavored whey protein (or sub to make it vegan)
8 oz of water
Shake everything in a shaker with ice and enjoy!
